Refund & Return Policy
At Outdoor Living Today, we strive to be as flexible as possible in supporting our customers. Due to the extreme costs of return shipping for large freight items, we work with customers on a case-by-case basis to find an amicable solution whenever possible.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only with prior approval from our Customer Service team.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the size and weight of our products.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.
- Custom or clearance items are non-returnable.
Refunds:
- In cases where a shopper mistakenly purchases a product or uses the wrong credit card, Outdoor Living Today may consider a full refund at the discretion of our credit department.
- Purchasers who cancel an order prior to shipping will be subject to a $100 USD administrative charge. Any remaining balance will be reimbursed immediately.
- Order cancellations must be submitted directly to our Customer Service Department for processing.
