Garden in a Box Frames & Covers

For our customers who have already purchased one of our Garden in a Box products we offer additional options to best suit your needs.

Whether you are looking for a Greenhouse Cover to protect against inclement weather, or to maximize your gardens growing potential year-round.

We have you covered.

Our 3-season Greenhouse Covers are designed to fit perfectly onto our Raised Garden Beds, just as our Bird Netting Covers do. Both of which share the same powder-coated metal frame, which means you can swap covers on the fly with ease.

Any of our customers who have previously ordered our Raised Garden Beds can upgrade with the option to add a frame with the cover of choice.

The Metal frame is compatible for either cover and is optional if you already have one.
(Please note that these units are not compatible with the Deer Fence and the deer fence would have to be removed in order to upgrade to the frame and cover set.)

Please note: The frame is hunter green, not black, as shown in some pictures.

Once Your Freight Leaves Our Facility, It Usually Takes 4-8 Business Days To Deliver.

Tracking information will be sent to you the day after the order has shipped via Courier freight.

Carrier will not make an appointment for delivery.

Please track your shipment and print out all the tracking numbers (on for each box) attached with your shipment.
You will receive 1-7 boxes depending on the product

 

Do I Need To Be Home When My Packages Arrive?

You do not need to be home when the freight arrives, however receiving the packages in person is always recommended if possible.

Deliveries will be made to the closest driest area.  Make sure you have a clear path for the truck and driver to maneuver your package onto your property

Check off the tracking numbers and compare with the boxes received.

If you are missing a box, please contact the carrier for support

How Do I Check For Damages?

Walk around the boxes to check for any corner damages, rips and dents and make sure tape and staples are still secured tightly to the package.

Inspect the included assembly manual and take inventory of the included parts to ensure all parts are accounted for.

We ship to serviceable areas in the continental US & Canada, not Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. In any other areas including Hawaii and Alaska, we can ship to a freight forwarder located on the mainland of the US.

Our freight partners generally describe a serviceable area as anywhere accessible by a large freight truck or where roads are regularly maintained and items can be delivered safely. This broad definition applies to most urban and non-urban places.

Areas not considered serviceable are exceptionally rural areas that are not safely accessible by a large truck. If you have concerns that this may be applicable to you, then you can also have your items shipped to the freight terminal and pick them up yourself.

How Long Does It Take To Ship? 


Our products ship quickly in 1-3 weeks!

Our office will contact most customers with larger sized orders once the order has been processed.
We will discuss the delivery process and transit time before your order is shipped. Once on route our shipping team will send tracking information. This conversation will also to allow you to make changes to your order, and or ask any further questions that you may have.


Delivery estimates depend on a variety of factors, from distance to weather. You will be able to contact the carrier yourself with the tracking number, and our team is ready if you need assistance.

What Is Your Warranty?


All structures purchased from Outdoor Living Today are covered for a period of one year for defects in manufacturing and workmanship.

Costs incurred for customer installations are not included.
In the event of a missing or broken piece, simply call the Outdoor Living Today Customer Support Line @ 1-888-658-1658 within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.


It is our commitment to you to courier replacement parts, free of charge, within approximately 10 business days from the time of notifying our team. Replacement parts will not be provided free of charge after the 30 day grace period.

What Is Your Return Policy?


We try to be as flexible as possible, but due to the extreme costs of return shipping, we generally do not accept returns, instead, we will consider but do not guarantee to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis to find an amicable solution

Refund Policy: In the case where a shopper mistakenly purchases a product or uses the wrong credit card, Outdoor Living Today may consider a full refund of your money. This is up to the discretion of our credit department.

Purchasers who submit Orders through Outdoor Living Today and subsequently cancel their order prior to shipping will be subjected to a $100 USD Charge Back. This is an administrative charge and any outstanding balance will be reimbursed immediately. Order cancellations must be submitted to our Customer Service Department.
